The AN-MLO-30100KTXP is a 12 cm diameter magnetic loop antenna used as a transmit antenna for Mil Std 461, RS 101, magnetic field susceptibility measurements and other general purpose magnetic field measurements in the (30 Hz to 100 KHz) band. The Transmit antenna can be calibrated by attaching it to a AN-MLO-30100KRXP Receive Loop at the required 5 cm distance for calibration at 1KHz.
The antenna consists of 20 turns of 12 AWG Enamel Insulated copper wire. The antenna output port is a BNC Type connection for the measuring instrument.
The electrostatic shield of the antenna is made of mild steel for durability and ruggedness.
