The Setup Table influence measurement (30MHz to 18GHz) is carried out as per CISPR 16-1-4 to ascertain the influence of setup-table on the emission measurements. The measurement results are incorporated as an uncertainty factor in the uncertainty budget of the test laboratory.
To evaluate the influence of the set-up table, two transmission measurements are performed: one with the set-up table present, the second with the set-up table absent. During the two measurements, a transmit antenna is maintained in a specific arrangement. The difference between the measurement results with and without the set-up table gives an estimate of the influence caused by the set-up table.
BNN has calibrated sets of Bi-conical, LPDA and Horn Antenna along with mounting arrangement/masts along with Vector Network analyzer to undertake these measurements at the customer site.
