The Field Uniformity measurements as per IEC 61000-4-3 (80MHz-18GHz) are used to validate test sites for radiated immunity measurements. The objective of the test is to demonstrate that the Chamber has a uniform field area suitable to conduct RF radiated immunity/susceptibility measurements of electromechanical devices and the field deviation observed for more than 75% points is within 0dB and +6dB limits specified in IEC 61000-4-3.
